When developing the concept and site plan, WMB-ROI arrived at a tilt-up structure sporting a bottle-shaped entry with bottle cap signs displaying current featured breweries. Through collaboration with process engineers, a strategic placement plan for the brewing and processing equipment was developed, setting the brewery up for optimized workflow. The facility consists of 5,500 sq. ft. for production, including the brew house and milling room, complete with state-of-the-art fermentation and conditioning vessels, a bottling and canning line, air conditioned storage, and a tasting area.
