WMB-ROI worked with Duke Energy officials to execute a multi-phase addition and renovation to the Hines Complex in Bartow, Florida. The initial phase involved the design of a new 30,000 SF warehouse space. Phase Two involved converting the existing warehouse space into machine shipping and storage areas, including a tool room, a bridge crane area and a new machine shop. The final phase of the design involved the renovation of the administration building, including expanded office space into the previous machine shop.
