After being provided with site information, a building code analysis was performed to assess allowable building sizes and heights, estimate parking needs, and evaluate potential project setbacks. Working in conjunction with Littlejohn Engineering Associates, WMB-ROI then developed a site plan using the latest in 3D visualization technology. Using these renderings, the project team was able to understand the movement within the space, estimate construction costs, and value engineer the project in the earliest stages to balance luxury and affordability.
