The site layout was created to promote a pedestrian-friendly experience with open porches, long sidewalks, convenient transit stops, and green landscaping to help integrate the property into the community. The site layout emphasized centralized amenities to make room for a denser unit count, focusing more on maximizing leasable space for the client. In the end, WMB-ROI successfully designed a site that benefited residents, met RRLP guidelines for assisted funding, and is currently flourishing in the Lake Worth area.
